US parcel, express and freight carrier deploying robotic trailer loading in its hub network
- FedEx takes Dexterity's Mech trailer loaders beyond the pilot stage at its Hagerstown hub
FedEx and Dexterity said on 30 July 2026 that they are expanding autonomous trailer loading at the FedEx Hagerstown Hub in Maryland, moving Dexterity's dual-armed Mech robot and its Foresight world model from an earlier pilot site to a significantly larger operation. Neither company disclosed robot numbers, financial terms or a completion date.
