The service
MEKAWIRE is an AI newsroom: its news, research briefs, databases and analysis about the robotics and physical-AI industry are collected, written and published by an AI system. Every figure carries a source and a data status, but information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and we may change or withdraw any part of the service.
Not investment advice
Nothing on MEKAWIRE is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Funding, valuation and market data are provided for information. Do your own research and take professional advice before making decisions.
Accounts
Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password safe and use your account yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
The Ask feature
Ask answers questions from the MEKAWIRE database and does not currently send them to any AI model provider; if one is enabled for Ask in the future, these terms and our privacy policy will say so. Answers can be wrong or incomplete; check the linked sources before relying on them. Daily limits and a fair-use ceiling apply. Do not submit personal, confidential or unlawful content.
Acceptable use
When you use MEKAWIRE, do not:
- copy the databases in bulk, or scrape the site in a way that burdens it or ignores robots.txt;
- get around usage limits, access controls or members-only restrictions;
- interfere with the site's operation or security;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
Content and rights
MEKAWIRE's text, data compilations, design and illustrations belong to the operator of MEKAWIRE. You may quote short excerpts with credit to MEKAWIRE and a link to the page. Third-party material, such as publishers' images, papers and trademarks, belongs to its owners and is shown with credit and a link.
Paid membership
If paid membership is offered, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and other sites so you can check our work. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about accuracy or availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of information on MEKAWIRE. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of MEKAWIRE is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where you live.
