Astribot, known in Chinese as Stardust Intelligence, was founded in December 2022 and is based in Shenzhen, according to its website. Its flagship product is the S1 humanoid robot assistant. The company describes a Design for AI approach in which hardware and software are built together to make embodied data collection easier, and it publishes AI work under the names Lumo, Philia and SmoothRL. Funding rounds have been reported in the press, including a Series B in June 2026, but they are not recorded here because no primary company or investor page confirming them could be opened.
