NAiSE GmbH, founded in 2017 and based in Stuttgart, makes the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform: fleet, traffic, order and warehouse management software that puts automated guided vehicles, autonomous mobile robots from different makers and manually driven industrial trucks on one control layer, regardless of the warehouse management, execution or control system behind it. The company says more than 28 AGV and AMR brands are compatible. It was self-funded until Oct 22, 2026, when Körber, the Hamburg technology group, announced it was acquiring a stake; the founding team of Kai Przybysz-Herz (CEO), Robert Libert and Raphael Kusumoto keeps operational management.
