HL Human is a 19-DoF bipedal humanoid prototype from University of Tokyo spinout Highlanders, unveiled in June 2025 for factory, logistics, inspection and disaster-support work. It maps its surroundings with a 3D stereo camera and LiDAR and takes natural-language instructions through a generative AI interface integrated with a VLA.
