Evo-RL: Iterative Robot Reinforcement Learning from Selective Experience

Kai Ye, Yifan Jin, Qianhang Luo, Hongru Zhang, Jiedong Zhang, Shuyuan Hu, Song-Yuan Wu, Jihai Xu, Jie Zhao, Bo Zhao

Existing real-world reinforcement learning methods improve robot policies by combining human corrections with autonomous rollouts. However, accumulated experience varies in its value for policy improvement, and even successful trajectories can contain inefficient or redundant behavior, motivating more selective experience reuse.

Cooperative Aerial Transportation of a Payload with a Sliding Cable Attachment

Sebastian Tilaguy Lezama, Diego S D'Antonio

This paper presents a dual-quadrotor hook- suspended transport system for cooperative aerial manipulation of a payload that is not rigidly attached to a fixed point along the cable. Two quadrotors are connected by a single inextensible cable that passes through a frictionless hook mounted on the payload, allowing the cable to slide between its two segments.

ReAT: Residual Action Tokenization for Autoregressive Robot Policies

Dijia Zhan, Zhuo Li, Xuemiao Xu, Sun Zheng, Jinyi Li, Wenjun Wang, Jie Tang

Autoregressive robot policies rely on action tokenizers to convert continuous action chunks into compact sequences of discrete prediction targets. Existing tokenizers can reconstruct action chunks from discrete codes, but often leave implicit what each individual token contributes to the reconstructed action.

Human2Dex: Dexterous Robot Learning from Wrist-Centric Human Demonstrations

Jiachen Zhang, Yuanyuan Li, Shaqi Luo

Collecting dexterous manipulation demonstrations for each robot hand requires repeated task-specific data acquisition. We ask whether one shared corpus of natural human demonstrations can instead serve as a reusable data interface for different dexterous hands, without collecting task demonstrations on each target robot.

Beyond Successful Robot Demonstrations: Learning from Human Interactions and Modeling Failure Dynamics

Peiyan Tu, Cong Wang, Hanxin Zhu, Xin Jin, Zhibo Chen

Action-conditioned world models offer a promising foundation for generalist robotic intelligence by predicting the consequences of actions. However, existing robotic datasets provide limited coverage of the diverse interaction dynamics required for generalizable world modeling.

Keep the Effect, Drop the Actor: Programmable Effect-to-Execution World-Action Models

Junyi Hu, Zhewen He, Zhenhua Li, Yi Fang

PEWAM is a preprint describing a 71.5M-parameter world-action model that compiles robot demonstrations into editable “effect programs”—3D object keypoint trajectories, grasp contact points, and final scene configuration—rather than actor-specific motions. On held-out LIBERO-Goal tasks, one program from a single demonstration completes 40 of 90 episodes, while the same backbone under goal-image or language conditioning and prior demonstration-conditioned methods complete at most 19. This matters because turning demonstrations into coordinate-based programs enables editing and cross-robot-arm reuse, a potential route to more flexible robot programming.

DynaHarness: A Dynamic Physical Harness for Self-Evolving Robot Agents

Haoyuan Deng, Jiebin Liu, Tengxiao Zhang, Langning Yan, Hongye Cao, Ziwei Wang

DynaHarness is an arXiv preprint that adds a dynamic physical harness around a frozen vision-language-action policy: a slow Qwen3-VL-4B planner proposes capabilities, while a fast 2 Hz governor grounds, monitors, substitutes and recovers them. On LIBERO-Pro it reaches 75.2% success on 800 newly sampled states versus 17.5% for the frozen π0.5 policy, and its self-evolution gains transfer to new states. This gives robot-agent builders a retraining-free way to govern and improve existing policies from execution evidence.

Dream4ACT: A Shared Visual Action Interface for Multi-Embodiment Video-Action Modeling

Xiangyu Zhu, Jin Xu, Yue Guo, Xin Wu, Yifan Sun, Xiancong Ren, Jianxin Sun, Yong Dai, Xiaozhu Ju

Dream4ACT is a preprint video-action world model that turns target robot joint configurations into four fixed virtual-camera 'action views' rendered from URDF models, so a single model can control different robot arms without per-robot action heads. On RoboTwin 2.0 it averages 88.98% success, scores 65.66 on TriWorldBench, and on two common real-world tasks averages 85.0–90.0% across four robot platforms. It matters because the shared visual action interface removes physical-camera calibration for action encoding and uses training-free joint recovery, simplifying multi-embodiment manipulation models.

MVG-WAM: Multiple View Geometry-Aware World-Action Modeling for Robotic Manipulation

Wenbo Chen, Tianfu Li, Haoxuan Xu, Zhihao Cao, Zhenghan Chen, Zhengming Zhu, Zizhou Luo, Guosheng Yang, Yuan Liu, Lujia Wang, Wen Chen, Haoang Li

World-Action Models (WAMs) couple visual dynamics with action prediction, bringing the rich priors of pretrained video models to robotic manipulation. However, their multi-view interfaces typically tile images or concatenate tokens, leaving the geometric relationships among synchronized cameras implicit.

BlenDAgger: Blended Shared Control for Interactive Imitation Learning

Cailyn Smith, Geoffrey Sun, Henny Admoni, Zackory Erickson

Robot policies are frequently trained from human corrections, yet teleoperating a robot to provide corrections is burdensome, and human demonstrators are not always optimal. We propose Blended DAgger (BlenDAgger), an approach for collecting data to train imitation learning policies by using shared control to blend the policy's and demonstrator's actions during interventions.

In-context Robot Learning Made Simple: A Democratized Recipe for Manipulation Tasks

Minxing Li, Minghao Han, Weizhi Zhao, Hanwen Wang, Xiangshuo Liu, Shuyao Shang, Jingxiang Zhou, Mingchao Sun, Hongyu Pan, Mu Xu, Yu Liu, Lue Fan, Zhaoxiang Zhang

We study robotic in-context learning (ICL), an emerging paradigm that enables robots to infer and execute tasks from visual demonstrations. Despite its growing promise, the problem itself remains under-defined: a visual demonstration simultaneously conveys action trajectories, object semantics, manipulation affordances, spatial relations, and task goals, making it unclear what information the robot is actually expected to follow.

Wrench-ACT: Enhancing Robot Policies for Contact Rich Behavior Using Direct Wrench Control

Johannes Hechtl, Yannik Blei, Simon Ball, Reihaneh Mirjalili, Michael Krawez, Seongjin Bien, Philipp Schmitt, Wolfram Burgard

While contact-rich manipulation requires deliberate regulation of interaction forces, recent approaches to robot manipulation learning predominantly represent actions as target positions or poses. Even methods that incorporate force sensing either use it solely as an observation or, when predicting forces as part of the output, rely on a hybrid force controller.

RoboHarn-Evo: Evolving Hierarchical Physical Knowledge for Self-Improving Robotic Manipulation

Shifeng Bao, Fanding Huang, Yihan Lin, Youhe Feng, Guanlin Li, Chen Zhao, Yang Li, Jiawei He, Cheng Chi, Jing Zhang

Vision-language models can coordinate long-horizon robot manipulation, yet successful task reasoning still depends on whether local physical interactions produce the intended effects. We study how repeated interaction can improve this capability without updating the base model.

FORM: Robot Manipulation through Direct Material Law Identification

Stepan Tretiakov, Ruihan Zhao, Cheng-Hsi Hsiao, Xingjian Li, Adam Thorpe, Hassan Iqbal, Sandeep Chinchali, Ufuk Topcu, Krishna Kumar

When interacting with an unfamiliar deformable material, a robot lacks prior knowledge of its physical properties and how it will respond to applied forces and motion. Rapid online identification is therefore essential for reliable manipulation.

FP2: Equipping Robotic Foundation Models with Force Control

Hongjie Fang, Shirun Tang, Junjian Hu, Shidong Zhang, Derek Zhang, Linhao Chen, Dehai Li, Mingyu Mei, Wanxi Liu, Cewu Lu, Shiquan Wang

Robotic foundation models (RFMs) are increasingly capable of general-purpose manipulation, yet reliable physical interaction remains challenging in contact-rich settings. We present FP2, a lightweight downstream interface that equips task-adapted RFMs with explicit force control while preserving their action-generation capability.
