Microintelligence postpones up to HK$800M Hong Kong IPO days before listing

Changzhou Microintelligence, a Chinese maker of AI-driven industrial robots for inspection and assembly, postponed its Hong Kong listing on Oct 25, three days before trading was due to start, citing prevailing market conditions, the company said in a filing to the Hong Kong exchange. It had offered 37.3 million H shares at HK$16.63 to HK$21.46, worth HK$620 million to HK$800 million and valuing it at HK$6.2 billion to HK$8.0 billion, and will refund retail applicants on Oct 28. The pull follows a September run in which Mech-Mind, Excelland, Direct Drive Tech and Camsense all listed in Hong Kong.
