About
Doosan Bobcat makes compact construction and grounds-care equipment and sells it through dealer networks in North America and Europe. It is listed on the KOSPI market of the Korea Exchange. In 2024 Doosan planned to make it a subsidiary of Doosan Robotics through a split-merger and a share swap; the swap was terminated on 29 August 2024 and the split-merger on 10 December 2024. Its North American unit invested in autonomous tractor developer Agtonomy in December 2023.
