Dynamic Solution signs MagicLab MOU to build and sell MagicBot Z1 humanoids in Korea
Korean rehabilitation device maker Dynamic Solution signed a memorandum of understanding with Chinese humanoid maker MagicLab on Oct 19 at MagicLab's headquarters in Suzhou to make and distribute its robots in Korea, Bloter reported on Oct 20 citing the company.
MagicLab will supply commercial robot hardware, while Dynamic Solution develops brain-computer interface and AI software, handles OEM production in Korea and supports certification and customer introductions; the two also plan a BCI-based rehabilitation robot service, the report said.
Dynamic Solution aims to import the 1,369 mm, 40 kg MagicBot Z1, complete Korean certification and begin sales and BCI consortium work from the first quarter of 2027. Bloter quoted the company as saying CATL is MagicLab's main shareholder and its Series B valuation exceeds $3 billion; MagicLab has not confirmed these figures and MEKAWIRE's database holds only an undisclosed angel round from December 2024. No financial terms were given.
