OneDemo: Unified Policy Learning and Data Generation from a Single Demonstration

Ying Qian, Jianshu Hu, Han Fang, Shuguang Li, Yutong Ban

Learning robot policies from demonstrations is often limited by the cost of collecting diverse, high-quality expert data. While an appealing alternative is to expand a single successful demonstration into a diverse set of successful trajectories, existing augmentation methods typically rely on manually designed transformation rules or complex trajectory planning, requiring substantial task-specific engineering and human effort.

Steertuning Policies from a Few Human Videos

Billy Yan, Isaac Tu, Kelly Lee, Blake Chang, Kenny Ma, Kanad Patel, Dhawal Kabra, Neer Patel, Kevin Wu, Lerrel Pinto, Irmak Guzey

Current recipes for robot learning require massive amounts of robot demonstrations to obtain robust and adaptive policies. In this work, we introduce Steertuning, a system that enables robots to learn new tasks in new environments from 5 human demonstrations in under 5 Steertuning consists of two parts.

DriveWLA: Unifying Future Dynamics and Scene Semantics through World-Language-Action Modeling for Autonomous Driving

Shuzheng Wang, Haoxuan Li, Shengzhen Li, Chenxi Wu, Yajing Sun, Lu Hou, Wenyu Liu, Xinggang Wang

Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and world models have demonstrated strong capabilities in semantic understanding and future scene evolution for autonomous driving. However, effectively integrating both capabilities for trajectory generation remains challenging.

Where Small Mistakes Matter: Quantifying State Criticality for Imitation Learning

Yusuf Umut Ciftci, Joonwon Kang, Ajay Suresha Sathya, Somil Bansal

Imitation learning typically treats every demonstration state as equally important, optimizing a behavior-cloning objective uniformly across the dataset. Yet not all states are created equal: in a small number of critical states, even a slight deviation from the expert action can lead to a failure, while in many other states such errors are recoverable and inconsequential.

LoopWAM: Closed-Loop Generalist Policy Improvement from Deployment Rollouts

Wenxuan Guo, Yingping Liang, Zhaoguo Wang, Ziyuan Li, Angyuan Ma, Zhenyu Wu, Chengkun Wang, Bingyao Yu, Ze Chen, Borui Zhang, Xiuwei Xu, Meng Zhang, Erjin Zhou, Jiwen Lu

Scaling expert demonstrations alone does not enable generalist robot policies to improve from deployment. Real-world rollouts contain successes, suboptimal behavior, and failures: imitating every recorded action can reinforce poor behavior, while filtering out failures discards evidence of physical interactions and their consequences.

OccWAM: Occupancy World-Action Models with Joint Scene-to-Ego Flow Matching

Qihang Huang, Wenhui Huang, Collister Chua, Shiyu Fang, Zhan Chen, Songyan Zhang, Zhidong Wang, Daiying Tian, Chen Lv

Occupancy world models provide a structured, metric representation of future driving scenes, making them a promising basis for end-to-end autonomous driving. However, existing occupancy-aware planners typically couple occupancy prediction and action generation through either hierarchical coupling or parallel multi-task learning.

Optimizing Team Behavior via Extremum-seeking Control in Multi-agent Reinforcement Learning

Svar Rajankumar Patel, Kshitij Jerath

In cooperative Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL), agents must learn to coordinate their actions to achieve shared objectives. A key indicator of effective coordination is behavioral diversity, i.e., the agents' potential to enact distinct yet complementary control policies given the same set of observations.

Thinker-WM: A Unified World Model with Shared Multimodal Representations for Embodied Intelligence

Thinker Team, Peng Gao, Jichao Jiao, Chen Liao, Daqin Luo, Yiming Ma, Baiyu Pan, Hailin Shi, Jiyuan Wang, Xiangming Xu, Xiongwei Zhao

World models have emerged as a promising paradigm for embodied AI, yet existing systems often remain fragmented in the modalities they model and the functions they support. In particular, visual dynamics, geometric structure, and executable action are commonly coupled through separate interfaces or downstream modules rather than being jointly represented and evolved within a shared dynamics model.

Directional Pullback Regularization for Long-Horizon Rollout of Latent World Models in Autonomous Driving

Shatadal Mishra, Ahmadreza Moradipari, Nejib Ammar

Learned world models for autonomous driving operate in unconstrained latent spaces, yet the physical systems they represent are governed by strict non-holonomic constraints: ground vehicles cannot realize instantaneous pure lateral motion. We study long-horizon latent rollout modeling for autonomous driving and ask whether rollout quality can be improved by assigning a motion-aware geometry to latent transitions, rather than by redesigning the predictor architecture.

MSC: Multi-Stage Caster-aware Control Framework with Uncertainty-Aware NMPC and RL-based Execution Layer

Jinho Park, Jeongtae Lee, Jeonghyeok Lim, Keun Ha Choi, Kyung-Soo Kim

Freely swiveling casters are widely adopted in industrial AMRs/SDVs for their mechanical simplicity and load capacity. However, caster misalignment during low-speed or high-curvature maneuvers induces strong contact nonlinearities, widening the planning-execution gap between commanded $(v, ω)$ and realized motion.

LeHami: Symplectic Latent Dynamics for World Models

Romina Yalovetzky, Randall Balestriero, Yann LeCun

Joint-embedding predictive architectures (JEPAs) learn world models directly in latent space, but unconstrained autoregressive predictors may contract the latent distribution over long rollouts. We introduce Symplectic Hamiltonian JEPA (LeHami), which replaces the standard predictor with an action-conditioned Hamiltonian flow over a structured latent state (q, p) integrated using an exactly symplectic leapfrog step.

Reinforcement Learning Based Heterogeneous Task Allocation Under Spatio-Temporal Environmental Uncertainty for Multi-Robot Teams

Xi Lin, Yaxuan Li, Paul Szenher, Brendan Englot

Autonomous Surface Vehicles (ASVs) have been increasingly deployed to perform different kinds of maritime tasks in recent years, which motivates the need for a reliable task allocation policy that can adapt to heterogeneous tasks and maritime disturbances. In this work, we formulate a multi-robot task allocation problem in which a team of ASVs with heterogeneous capabilities needs to complete tasks of different types and appearance times under unknown stochastic spatio-temporal uncertainties from maritime disturbances.

Phase-Gated Constrained Reinforcement Learning for End-to-End Capture and Detumbling of Non-Cooperative Targets

Álvaro Belmonte-Baeza, Celia Redondo-Verdú, José L. Ramón, Miguel Cazorla, Leonard Felicetti, Jorge Pomares

Active debris removal requires a servicer spacecraft to approach a non-cooperative tumbling object, capture it, and arrest its rotation. This sequence is conventionally divided among phase-specific controllers, each depending on knowledge of the target's inertia, a dedicated grappling fixture, or a hand-designed switch at the contact-rich seam where such pipelines are most fragile.

Dream to Remember: Continual Steering of Generalist Robot Policies with World Models

Bahey Tharwat, Iman Nematollahi, Marvin Alles, Xingyuan Zhang, Akshay L Chandra, Abhinav Valada

Generalist robot policies are trained with imitation learning and are bounded by the quality and coverage of their demonstrations. Reinforcement learning can improve and extend them, either by fine-tuning the policy weights or by training a small module to steer the input noise of a frozen generative policy.

MARGoS: A Configuration-Driven Platform for Reproducible MARL Experiments in ARGoS

Tom Philipp Backert, Mohammad D. Soorati, Javad Ghofrani

Multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) has become a prominent research direction, particularly within collective robotics, where the ARGoS simulator is widely used to study emergent swarm behavior. Yet despite this growth, systematic support for reuse and reproducibility in MARL-based swarm robotics remains limited and insufficiently standardized: a single experiment is assembled from manually aligned simulator files, training scripts, configuration values, paths, seeds, and environment details, so reuse and reproduction stay fragile even within one research group.

ManeuverFlow: Maneuver Hypothesis Generation with Future Evidence for Trajectory Evaluation and Refinement in End-to-End Autonomous Driving

Yuhao Wei, Yong Chen, Chen Yang, Yingchen Wang, Delin Ouyang, Lingfeng Qi, Qi Lan, Zhanhua Zhang, Jie Li, Guofa Li

End-to-end planning in complex scenes must model diverse driving intentions and select the most appropriate trajectory using scene context and future risks. However, multi-query regression may collapse to one mode, while anchor-based and generative planners share a scaling bottleneck: small candidate sets limit maneuver coverage or discovery of high-quality trajectories, whereas large sets increase generation and scoring costs.

Rethinking Representations for World-Action Modeling

Haoyi Jiang, Liu Liu, Xinjiang Wang, Zhihao Sun, Zequn Chen, Sen Wang, Xinjie Wang, Xia Chen, Jingfeng Yao, Weiheng Zhao, Shanglin Yuan, Zhizhong Su, Wei Sui, Wenyu Liu, Xinggang Wang

World-action models jointly learn robot policies and predict future observations, making the representation space an interface between control and prediction. We study the design of this space through controlled comparisons, finding that neither reconstruction fidelity nor pre-trained perceptual features alone ensure effective policy learning.

Anisotropic Representations Improve Planning in JEPA World Models

Mingu Kang, Yoori Oh, Sookyung Kim, Joonseok Lee

Latent world models learn action-conditioned dynamics in representation space and often score candidate actions by Euclidean distance to a goal representation. Joint training typically regularizes the representation to prevent collapse, but the resulting representation geometry also determines how terminal errors are weighted during planning.
