Cerence Inc., which trades as Cerence AI, develops speech recognition, generative AI and large-language-model software for in-car assistants and other transportation products. The company says more than 525 million cars have shipped with its technology and that it works with carmakers, transportation OEMs and technology companies. It is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, and is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker CRNC. In October 2026 it said its collaboration with Geely was expanding from intelligent cockpits to service robotics.
