Covelya Group Limited is a UK-headquartered underwater technology group whose operating companies include Sonardyne, EIVA, Forcys, Voyis and Chelsea Technologies, covering acoustic positioning, navigation, software, imaging, subsea services and environmental monitoring. Kraken Robotics said Covelya expected 2025 revenue of C$249 million to C$275 million with nearly 750 employees and 12 facilities. Kraken acquired it from Sonardyne Holdings Limited for about C$615 million, closing on July 2, 2026.
