Excelland Robotics (Wuxi) Co. Ltd. (優地機器人(無錫)股份有限公司) was incorporated on 13 March 2013 as Shenzhen Excelland Technology Co. Ltd., according to its prospectus. It sells indoor delivery, guest guidance, cleaning and retail robots under the Yomie, Yodee, Yogel, Yoxiaogu and Yoshop series and the Yoware platform, offers robots as a service and on lease, and sells AI vision model solutions outside robotics. Revenue was RMB317.7 million in 2025 with a loss of RMB110.8 million. Its H shares began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board on 9 September 2026 under stock code 3231 as a Chapter 18C specialist technology company.
