Hyphen builds an automated makeline for restaurants: the system takes digital drive-thru, online and kiosk orders and assembles rice and salad bowls under the counter while staff serve walk-in guests above it, and its CulinaryOS software lets operators create recipes and route orders from several channels. The company says the makeline produces more than 200 meals an hour, and it is backed by restaurant chains Chipotle and Cava (Ricoh USA release, Oct 15, 2026).
