RobCo
Munich-founded maker of AI-driven industrial robots sold as a service for machine tending, palletizing, dispensing and welding.
About
RobCo was founded in Munich in 2020 by three researchers from the Technical University of Munich's chair for robotics and AI. It develops hardware and software as one vertically integrated platform whose robots combine perception, motion planning and self-learning so they can acquire task skills through demonstration rather than manual programming. It offers its systems on a robotics-as-a-service basis, counts BMW, DynaEnergetics, Fabricated Extrusion Company, T-Systems and Rosenberger among its customers, and has operated in the United States since 2025 with offices in San Francisco and Austin.
