Rokae Robotics

Rokae Robotics develops robot arms and controllers, with its xMate collaborative robots sold next to NB series industrial arms, SCARA units and newer embodied AI products such as humanoid force controlled arms. According to its 2026 interim report the company was set up in Beijing in December 2014, and its registered office is now in Zoucheng, Shandong. It announced a C+ round of RMB 200 million in May 2021, co led by Shenzhen Capital Group and Yuanyi Investment, which took its C series total above RMB 300 million. In April 2024 it reported a strategic round of more than RMB 500 million led by the National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrade Fund, with a Zoucheng new growth industry fund also taking part. Rokae listed its H shares on the Hong Kong main board in July 2026 at HK$38.00 each; including the over allotment it issued 26,486,600 shares for gross proceeds of about HK$1,006.5 million.
