Wandelbots adds Techman Robot's TM AI cobots to its NOVA vendor-neutral robot software
Wandelbots said in a news post on Oct 12 that its NOVA platform now supports Techman Robot's TM AI Cobot line from the NOVA 26.7 release, so customers can program the TM5S, TM12S, TM25S, TM30S and TM30SC in the same environment they use for other manufacturers' arms, with other models available on request. Virtual models of the supported robots and the assets needed for NVIDIA Omniverse are included, letting developers build and validate applications in simulation before moving them to physical cells. MEKAWIRE has covered the same vendor-agnostic control bet from Japan, where QibiTech raised a JPY 600 million Series B in September for robot control software that spans brands.
