About

Bluewhite, legally Blue White Robotics Ltd., was founded in 2017 by Ben Alfi, its chief executive, with Yair Shahar and Aviram Shmueli, and is based in Tel Aviv with an office in Fresno, California. It retrofits conventional tractors and other vehicles with its Pathfinder autonomy kit and manages them through the cloud-based Compass fleet platform, starting with permanent-crop growers in California and Washington and later extending to defense vehicles. On 23 September 2021 it announced a $37 million Series B led by Insight Partners and co-led by Entrée Capital, with Clal Insurance, Jesselson Family Office, Peregrine VC and Regah Ventures, bringing investment since inception to $50 million. On 23 January 2024 it announced a $39 million Series C led by Insight Partners with Alumni Ventures, LIP Ventures, Entrée Capital, Jesselson and Peregrine Ventures, saying it had run more than 50,000 hours of autonomous farming across 150,000 acres. On 27 May 2026 Elbit Systems said its FUSE unit had acquired all of Bluewhite's shares, without disclosing the price.
