Exyn Technologies
Philadelphia maker of ExynAI autonomy for mapping drones and robots in GPS denied sites, listed on Nasdaq since May 2026.
Exyn Technologies develops ExynAI, autonomy and perception software that lets aerial drones, handheld scanners, ground robots and vehicle mounted rigs capture 3D data and navigate without GPS, prior maps or a radio link. Its customers are in mining, construction, geospatial survey, infrastructure and industrial inspection, and the company is based in Philadelphia. In July 2019 it raised a $16 million Series A led by Centricus, with Yamaha Motor Ventures, In-Q-Tel, Corecam Family Office and Red and Blue Ventures joining and IP Group reinvesting. It announced a $35 million Series B in December 2022 that brought in Reliance Industries as a new investor, and in September 2023 reported a second close of that round with C.R. Kennedy & Company and Aero X Ventures, without giving the amount. Exyn listed on Nasdaq in May 2026, selling 2,500,000 units of one share and one warrant at $7.75 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $19.4 million, with Lucid Capital Markets as sole book running manager.
