Leju Robotics
Shenzhen humanoid robot maker behind the full size Kuavo series, now seeking a ChiNext listing.
Leju Robotics builds humanoid robots in full size, mid size and small formats, with the full size Kuavo line as its main product and a growing presence in research, education and factory trials. The company was registered in Shenzhen in March 2016 and became a joint stock company in September 2025. In 2026 it filed a draft prospectus with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to list on ChiNext under the board's fourth listing standard, planning to raise RMB 2.6 billion. The filing reports 2025 revenue of RMB 258 million, of which Kuavo sales made up about RMB 177.8 million, and puts the post money value of its most recent financing at RMB 4.327 billion. It also lists two capital increases in 2025: one in July with new investors including Hefei Industry Investment, Dongfang Precision, Moutai Jinshi, SAIC Jinshi and CSC's investment arm, and one in October with funds tied to Shenzhen Investment Holdings and the Longhua and Shijingshan districts plus Tuopu Group. No lead investor is named for either tranche.
