The 15th Daegu International Robot Industry Exhibition (ROBEX 2026) runs at EXCO in Daegu from Oct 21 to 24 with 65 companies on 220 booths, the Daegu city government said on Oct 18, as reported by Yonhap.

HD Hyundai Robotics will show a dual-arm robot built on physical AI and its next-generation HDC collaborative robots, and Doosan Robotics brings Scan & Go, its CES 2026 innovation-award system, according to the city; AeiROBOT, HRT Robotics, IM Robotics, Epson and Universal Robots are also listed, with KIRIA, the Daegu Mechatronics and Materials Institute and Keimyung University representing research.

The organiser's own site names Daegu city as host, EXCO as organiser and the industry ministry, KIRIA and the Daegyeong robot business association as sponsors, and puts a three-day Daegu Global Robot Business Forum on Oct 21 to 23; its exhibitor directory also lists smaller firms such as Jimbo Robotics (sanitation-worker assist and follow-me golf trolley robots) and iConnect (AI vision inspection of rubber O-rings).

The same site gives last year's scale as 100 companies and 200 booths, so on the city's numbers this year has 35% fewer exhibitors but 10% more booths, about 3.4 per company against 2.0. The show runs alongside FIX 2026, where MEKAWIRE reported on Oct 16 that KIRIA will demonstrate four Korean humanoids, and Daegu says it will use it to push the humanoid strategic-industry cluster that the government designated for Daegu-Gyeongbuk on Sep 30.
