Tutor Intelligence is based in Watertown, Massachusetts, and was co-founded by chief executive Josh Gruenstein and colleagues from MIT CSAIL. It builds low-cost, drop-in warehouse robots that use visual intelligence and fleet-scale learning to handle consumer packaged goods in tasks such as palletizing, case picking and each picking, and offers them through a robot-as-a-service subscription. The company says its robots work in Fortune 50 supply chain networks and at several Fortune 500 packaged food companies. On 1 December 2025 it announced a $34 million Series A led by Union Square Ventures, with Fundomo and seed investor Neo also taking part, bringing its total funding to $42 million.
