Mecka's $60 million Series B: Sequoia, NVIDIA and Samsung back a robot-data supplier claiming a $100 million revenue run rate
Mecka said in a company post dated Oct 7 that it raised a $60 million Series B led by Sequoia Capital, with NVIDIA, M12, Qualcomm Ventures and Samsung joining and Kindred, Framework Ventures and Neo returning. The company, which records human demonstrations with its own sensor rigs and sells the data and post-trained models, says it passed a $100 million revenue run rate in June and aims for $300 million by year end.
Mecka said in a post on its website dated Oct 7 that it closed a $60 million Series B led by Sequoia Capital. New investors include NVIDIA, M12 (Microsoft's venture fund), Qualcomm Ventures and Samsung; Kindred, Framework Ventures and Neo returned. Angels named in the post include DoorDash founder Tony Xu, former ServiceNow and Snowflake chief executive Frank Slootman and Milan Kovac, former head of Optimus at Tesla. The post gives no valuation.
Mecka designs its own multi-sensor capture hardware, runs capture fleets that record people doing tasks in homes and commercial settings, and uses an internal lab to turn the recordings into motion tracking, 3D reconstruction and aligned sensor data. It says it supplies several frontier robotics labs and multiple of the largest US tech companies, passed $100 million in run-rate revenue in June 2026 and projects $300 million by the end of the year. It also works as a robot integrator that captures data on site and post-trains models for each deployment. The company said the new money goes to data infrastructure, its research lab and commercial robot deployments.

MEKAWIRE analysis
Mecka is selling the scarcest input in robot learning, physical demonstration data, and its investor list reads like a list of customers and platform owners who want that input to stay plentiful.
In MEKAWIRE's database the round ranks seventh among 12 robotics Series B rounds with a disclosed amount in 2026, one place behind Multiply Labs' $75 million. The revenue figures are the company's own and unaudited; if they hold, a $60 million raise is small relative to revenue, which suggests Mecka is not capital-constrained. MEKAWIRE first covered the round in a wire item on Oct 8. Signals to watch: a disclosed valuation, named enterprise deployments, and whether the year-end $300 million run-rate target is confirmed.
