About

Coco Robotics was founded in 2020 and is led by co-founder and chief executive Zach Rash. It runs a fleet of zero emission delivery robots for restaurants and merchants in US cities including Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami, and in Helsinki, its first European market. A February 2022 company release referred to a recent $56 million Series A but gave neither its date nor its investors. On June 11, 2025 Coco announced $80 million in strategic financing from returning investors Sam and Max Altman, Pelion, Outlander and SNR and new backers Offline, DeepWater and Ryan Graves, without naming a lead. The company said then that it had completed more than 500,000 deliveries and would use the money to develop its AI platform, scale its fleet and grow enterprise partnerships in more US and international markets. It introduced a next generation robot in February 2026 and announced a delivery partnership with Little Caesars in August 2026.
