NVIDIA said in a press release on Oct 21 at GTC Berlin that it is expanding its Isaac robotics platform with a reference humanoid, new datasets and an open-source runtime, and that Isaac Lab 3.0 is now generally available.

The reference robot, Agile Robots' Agile ONE SN, stands 1.40 m, weighs 40 kg, has 31 degrees of freedom, a 3 kg payload per arm and two WUJI Hand 2 hands with 20 degrees of freedom each, runs GR00T on Jetson Thor (2,070 FP4 teraflops, 128 GB) and is due in early 2027, with Stanford and ETH Zurich named as interested institutions.

NVIDIA also released Isaac OS, a runtime built on Holoscan, a SimReady Central library of more than 2,000 simulation assets on Hugging Face from makers including FANUC, Comau, Franka, Universal Robots and LG Electronics, a Human 1M dataset of human activity video, and three DGX Station reference workflows; Agility, Dexory, FORT and KION are integrating its Halos safety stack, and SICK is evaluating it.

No prices were disclosed. MEKAWIRE context: Agile Robots' last disclosed round in our database is a $220 million Series C in September 2021, and it signed a physical-AI partnership with Hitachi on Sep 29.
