LAW: Unifying Language, Action, and World Modeling for Agentic Physical Intelligence
LAW, a robot control system from Peking University and the Beijing Innovation Center of Humanoid Robotics, finished 65% of three long multi-step tasks on a real two-arm robot, against 28.33% for Physical Intelligence's pi0.5 and 25% for the Fast-WAM world-action model, according to a preprint. It pairs a small 2-billion-parameter language model that plans and checks each step with a model that predicts both actions and future video.
