Robot spatial memory: monocular 3D scene graphs for mobile manipulationIntermediate
Foundation-Model-Driven 3D Scene Graphs for Mobile Manipulation
A mobile robot that builds its 3D map from a single ordinary camera planned and drove every one of 76 paths, spotted all 20 removed objects and 18 of 20 relocated ones, but grasped only 9 of 18 in ten tidy-up missions, according to an MIT preprint funded in part by Samsung Research America. The system, FOUND-IT++, runs in real time on an NVIDIA Jetson Thor without depth sensors.
